Unitive creates software that helps hiring managers streamline their hiring process and find the best candidates in a snap. They were promoting the launch of their program through their website. I worked with a team four-- one brand strategist, one copywriter, and one UX designer-- to conceptualize and design Unitive's new website homepage. One of our major insights that came out of our research was that the hiring process is often perceived as tedious and boring, but it doesn't have to be. Our strategy was to leverage the humor of online memes and emoticons to convey how joyous, simple, and easy for everyone hiring could be with the help of Unitive.
